It has a black tea-like scent and chocolate-like sweetness, and this coffee well balanced with the faint fresh acidity of green apples/pears-like.

here café由%ARABICA東山店前店長山口淳一於2019年7月開業，山口先生更曾獲Coffee Fest Latte Art World Championship Open Tokyo 2014冠軍，而here café設計簡約舒適，還特別提供canelé（可麗露）配咖啡，山口先生樣樣事親力親為，咖啡豆焙煎也在店內親自監控，並以中焙及中深烘焙為主，適合在家沖泡手沖及意式咖啡用。
